TAT is 1-8 weeks (except mon/sun) from the first update of each order depending on queue placement, complexity, and availability of timeFor rushed projects, please provide a specific deadline (provided that there is at least one to two (1-3) weeks of working time for simple projects and at least four to six (4-6) weeks for more complex pieces, specifics will be discussed during the consultation if your project will be applicable)Rush fees will be calculated on a case-to-case basis (depending on deadline, work time, complexity, etc.)—UPDATES and REVISIONS
Updates will be given once per week (anytime during the week but usually the weekend) where you will be given a 1 day window to give some feedback, after this time we will automatically proceed to the next step; any delays will be announcedmultiple minor revisions are allowed however major revisions will incur an additional fee depending on range and complexity
